i saw something where someone had used towels and some dry ice to super freeze the vinyl and the adhesive. It would probably break ( the vinyl) but the product would come up quickly. Be sure to make sure the area is well ventilated.
The saw that was used in this video is call a " Fein oscillating saw". Did you go through a lot of blades? They are quite expensive @ $35.00 a pop. Great idea have to give this one a try.
