@Paul34260: I know that even todays german army wears collar tabs (or Litzen). However, they DO NOT wear black collar patches with a silver oak leaf flash! That is SS Insignia. I am aware obviously that he is not SS. So what is the chap at 1:05 supposed to be, under the NVA regime? What post used these insignia in those days?

@aditya1782 Es handelt sich um einen General der Volkspolizei, ganz leicht erkennbar an Uniformjacke und Mütze. Das ähnliche Eichenlaub im schwarzen Kragenspiegel trug ein SS-Standartenführer, ein Brigadeführer hatte das dreifache Eichenlaub.
