you dumb bastard! the game was abiding the laws of physics! if you stop accellerating on a car it will slowly come to a stop.....dont expect immediate halting. And conventionally....the reverse button would ALSO be the brake button...especially in those days

In the original game you actually play as Optimus Prime, Look carefully at the character and you'll see that it's a very poorly animated Prime. :D

actually its because in japan they had problems importing the movie so when the first game came out it had u play as ultra magnus cos optimus died in the movie and season 3 had started and nobody knew what happened 2 optimus hence the title mystery of optimus prime.

in convoy no nazo, you can play as Rodimus Prime, but the only change is the color,

and no, ultra magnus in convoy no nazo is not a poorly animated sprite, it was a mix into rodimus and ultra magnus, if you notice, theres a wing in the back of ultra magnus in cnz

the sad part of this was that I quit playing with my transformers to play with my nes. Imagine if takara actually released a good transformers game that they weren't soo shy about (because they were soo crappy) that they could bring over to the US at that time. they would have automatically sold a million plus copies.
