@a46475 That's fallacious. Of course someone is innocent until proven otherwise. But take an analogy of when you report a crime to the police. The police don't demand for you to provide evidence over the phone. They pro-actively investigate. That's the point they go on to make in the full version (albeit they do not articulate it perfectly later on, but then when someone is shouting at you and gives you two seconds to respond before interrupting again it is always difficult!).

If you called the police to report that you are having financial difficulties and that someone somewhere must be responsible and have probably done something illegal to create your situation, but you don't know who or how or why or what, they are going to hang up.
