for starters the first fight was in new york in the first fight and domi didnt win the fight there he managed to cut probert and thought that because of that he was the heavy weight champion and did the belt thing

The second fight (This fight) was in NY. Watch the video. That's why Yzerman was doing the belt thing and the announcers made a reference to the first fight in Detroit in front of Domi's hometown fans . The rangers are at home and this was round two. Home teams wore white at home in those days.
