  • ??? Cochlear implant specialist burn the hair of organ of Corti completely before put the implant in the cochlea?? Can you explain what Organ of Corti  It is for pitches sounds not for decibel?

  • Thanks my physiology teacher tries to explain the material but struggles to explain it in a way thats understandable. This video really helped me understand the process.

  • Actually, the height of the stereocilia gradually increases on each hair cell (Each new hair cell starts at the same base height, so not increasing infinitely). Think ATT Bars. How these cilia bend directs NT release... etc.
