  • After watching this Shivananda Yoga series i was so inspired and thought i should learn more. So i started going to a Shivananda yoga master. and really since i had a prior knowledge and practice from you it was very easy for me to catch those lessons.. I'm soo much thankful to you and I bless you and hope you will be able to enlighten more and more ppl around the world.. Namaste! :)

  • I just finished taking taking the Yoga 1 series at the Sivananda Vendanta Center in NYC and I loved it! I have been using books to reinforce what I have learned in those classes and they have been very helpful, but this videos are going to take my practice to a whole other level. Thank you very much!

Your connection to the traditional teachings makes me proud to say we share the lineage. There is a woman on YouTube with a similar series, and she makes me cry with disappointment. THANK YOU FOR POSTING YOUR VIDEOS. Think about posting yourself teaching an open class. Let people see the basic 12 in action.

  • I've been dabbling in Sivananda yoga for almost 10 years since I bought this book, 'The Sivananda Companion to Yoga'. Although the book has wonderful and comprehensive illustrations of each pose, it's very helpful to finally see a video demo on the different poses. I started back again 2 weeks ago. It's one of the more relaxing forms of yoga I've tried. Thanks for posting this 4 part series!
