  • name of song please

  • What's really sad about the Hood, is that out of it's crew of 1,418 men, 3 survived.

  • What is the name of this song?

  • @ECOWarrior100 sounds like a ripoff of landslide by fleetwood mac

  • Very sad, that that Europeans fought each other. Never again!

  • Well, it would be rather strange to say "God bless him, and all that sail in him",

Can you imagine HM The Queen saying that, and Hood was named after Admiral Hood, and The Bismark named after Karl Otto von Bismark

  • The ships opened fire at 27 MILES away, not milimeters!

  • 14 miles not 27 miles

  • @timothyswayne5 That would give a range of over 46,000 yards. Obviously wrong.

  • @timothyswayne5 HMS Hood and Prince of Wales opened fire at 12.5 miles.

  • Fail.

  • no agreement, if she was heavy class she would be known as the heavy lady, not as a he

  • Its true that ships are ladys. However Captain Lindemann of the Bismarck claimed that Bismarck would no longer be regarded as 'she' but they would refer to it as 'he' as the ship was so powerful.

  • Bismarck was a "he" not a "she".

  • @EasyCompanyAirborne All ships are 'She'

  • I like the use of "her" and "she" instead of "it". A ship is a lady, and should be treated as such.

  • @blownglasslide And 'She' only becomes 'She' after the naming ceremony........

  • nice song
