Apparently Rachel's connected to much of the main cast (Ragna, Jin, Noel) in some way or another.

-> Ragna - stalks

-> Jin - knows from some time before the game starts (but Jin doesn't remember her)

-> Noel - no idea at all... she appears in Rachel's ending for some reason tho...
