If you are ever at a demo like this, try asking them to blind the person being tested by using the magnetic bracelet and a fake one both with same weights and feel and look etc... use it randomly in between tries, to let you see if such an effect is really from the magnet or not.
Try it and see what kind of excuses come your way :)
I have sat thru similar demos before.
We need to promote critical thinking now before our market becomes flooded with more snake-oil-merchants.
The video description calls muscle pain a disease. Oh god! I just got back from the gym and my muscles hurt. I caught myself a disease! HELP! I'll just take some magnets off my fridge door and tape them to my leg. Wow, it just worked! Amazing! ( please don't think I am serious)
we once had a science substitue who showed us these magnetic shoe soles. first, she pushed our hands down without them, and when we had them, it was much harder for her to push our arms.
Magnets work, to help heal injuries and to help with all kinds of problems like weight loss and attention deficit syndrome, depression etc. Don't let skepticism cause you to miss out!
This is just suggestion, I have seen the same demo done to show the power of visualisation. A real test would be if you have a goup of braclets, some with magnets and some without, and you don't tell the person (ideally even the instructor if it is double blind test) which one is which, I doubt you will see any effect.
She forgot to mention that you can go further the second time even if you don't put the magnet on. Because the first time you did it you used, warmed up, and stretched muscles that you probaby haven't used in a while. So the second time 'round was easier. It's that simple. It's just like a card trick that looks like magic, because you don't know the trick , but when you learn the trick, it's really insulting. Don't fall for it. TRY IT WITHOUT THE MAGNET AND SEE!!!

Thankyou for yr valuable comments, and yes, i believe you wat you stated in yr comment.
the fact is, i m not a scientist or an expert in this field, i believe what i see and read from genuine resource.. in this particular case, when i was introduced to this magnetic bracelet, i was just convinced with the results, i m still not sure, how it works
It is a fact that the iron in blood is non-ferrous (IE non-magnetic) therefore no magnetic field could affect your circulation or anything like that. Want proof? get some blood out of yourself (get a raw steak for sissies) and watch how it DOESNT jump up to a magnet. still not convinced? go to an MRI machine in a hsotpital (which is orders of magnitude stronger) and watch how your blood DOESNT jump out of your body and onto the machine!
The Ventilon design and Hi-Density Magnets attract fresh blood to the painful area. This stimulation of the blood circulation carries away damaged and toxic materials which cause the pain. This process not only helps to relieve the discomfort but can also speed up the recovery time.
ps: what will cure your bank account are un-necessary surgeries and pharmaceutical pills for the rest of your long sick life. Magnetic Theraphy is an advance wellness technology that complements traditional medicine a lot.
there is scientific evidence that magnetic fields do increase the circulation in a local area in the human body. There are 2 scientist who are not involved with any MLM company. Dr. Micheal Weintraub (discovery health report on reversing diabetic Neuropathy with magnets) and Curtis Bennett, and engineer who actually set out to debunk magnetic technology as a wellness alternative and came away a passionate believer in all its potentials. google them for add info.
Interesting how the first time you had him try,his legs were both bearly facing the camera when he was done with the movement, yet, the second time his legs are perpendicular to the camera when hes done. Your demonstration is a failure. Also red blood cells are not paramagnetic;they dont respond to magnetic fields.
the video is made to show a General Demo of the magnetic bracelet, we do not claim for 100% accuracy in the demo, however, for the fact, the product itself gives an immediate effect within seconds after wearing to yr wrist...i m not an dr so i cannot say anything abt the blood cells, but i can say it with confident that it DOES increase the blood flow and simultaneously increasing the immunity of the body..
Well if you're not a doctor, and you can't say anything about blood cells, then my what mechanism do you explain a magnet to incease blood flow? Since magnet's attract ferromagnetic substances, and nothing in blood is ferromagnetic, then how is blood flow increased? If blood reacted to such weak magnetic fields, then what we would see in an MRI would be blood ripped out of a body, but we don't.
We have trace amounts of iron in our blood, which is, as you point out, how an MRI works. It's just far too diluted to actually do ANYTHING even under impossibly massive magnetic fields (such as MRIs)
I know this and that was my point.I was pointing out that if weak magnets with shallow fields are supposed to "increase blood flow",then an MRI with strong penetrating fields would,in effect, rip blood out of a persons body.Basically,I'm asking them how blood flow is increaed with magnets when nothing in the body reacts to magnetic fields-to prove their claim.
I tried this . With the bracelet I turned a full 360, then my head turned another 360. Isn't that unbelvable
