Well, due to Vayne's wish, he managed to break the seal keeping Pamela the way she's been for centuries. So in all figuring, the seal that binds her to her clothes faded away as well....therefore,she can pass off as a regular human, but she can't...get rid of her ghostly powers.....win/win, eh?

No, there's no relation. There's also a Pamela Ibis in Atelier Iris 3, Atelier Viorate, and Atelier Judie, but none of them are related or connected.. it just seems to be Gust's thing, to put a reocurring Pamela character in a lot of their games.

when you have "Free Time" on your schedule during the chapters, talk to the characters. Whichever character you talk to the most, you become closest to, and you see them in the extra ending. Does that make sense?
