  • The world record for pull ups was 37 until 1996....I am not sure this a realistic workout for Joe Schmoe.....

  • why is this called "300 workout" ? there is nothing to do with the training in old Sparta or the training used in the movie 300...? I dont mean this training is good or bad just why the name....

  • true i cant do 30 pull ups now... 15 is my max. But tomorrow ill do 16, next week 18 and one day ill do 30

  • i think these are gr8 workouts

  • more cardio and cutting than bulking exercises. The actors in 300 had a lot of muscle mass and very little body fat.

  • @dustpanfryingpan Explosive exercises for using the fast quick muscles. Warriors need those muscles to fight! This is an excellent workout for warriors!
