The box looks clearly fake but if you are doing compositing (I mean you want to do a show reel as compositor) it's not your "side".

Camera tracking is actually very good.

Main shadow is too light, and it's completely missing the "second shadow" that is the one appearing in EVERY object in reality, just underneath the subject and not actually affected by the lights.

Also for some reason when the box hit the wall, it looks like the box just exploded right infront of the wall...

I'm not a vfx kind of guy, but however I think you should add some fast blur until it matches with the raw footage. Just saying, nothing offensive to your video here, the tracking and everything else was great, also I think it wouldn't hurt for some shadows. =)
