from someone who has had a chronic health condition for 9+ years, Lupus, I tried this form of therapy and yes it does feel weird, the touch is what you would not expect from a regular massage, but I will tell you, I have been voiding more than usual and I doU not feel as exhausted. Until you have been on down a road, you don't know where it leads. I thank God for this technique. I will continue with it.

Thank you so much Trish! I have been doing this daily, 3-5 times a day. Am I doing it too much? I am getting the WORST headaches from it :( and my entire body is breaking out from the toxins trying to come out of my body. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this normal? I have fibromyalgia so I'm wondering if it was partially because of that too. Thanks!
