Music to a sports car affectionate person is the sound of the engine revving with quick gear changes. Who needs a radio when you have the music coming from the engine just behind your shoulder. These car vids with someone singing a song, are pointless. If I were looking for music, would look for music videos, I as most gear heads am looking for car noise. Ya ya, my son spends more on his car sound system than he does on his engine, He chooses an automatic transmission. I rest my case.

dovey is just from a time they wanted to get rid of the welsh language in case you wondering why I care.....but even though I am not really that welsh.... i love variety and love the variety on this island......anyway i rant lol

I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Mercedes vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and EFi injectors clean as new!

Generally speaking your "Boy racers" take risks, hassle other drivers and generally wreck cars.

Didn't see any evidence of that. He clearly stuck behind cars at a safe distance until it was safe to overtake.

I drive these roads myself regularly and to be fair, there's nothing dangerous or risky about the footage shown here.

Also, I think the engine revs on the video probably make it sound quicker than it actually was?

Ok, it's over the speed limit...but I can't see any bad driving...he didn't overtake dangerously the other cars and corners are taken at a reasonably speed. Plus...this car has a great chassis and it's made to be fun to drive. It's safer doing 50mph on roads like this one than doing 120 on any highway...

No I dont drink and drive..that IS a definite nono...But at the risk of controversy I think my enjoyment of a sorted small Italian sports car which may involve exceeding the speed limit on open dry roads in good viz is a far safer experience than most of the elderly drivers I come across on a daily basis....Give all toyota Yaris's a wide berth! ;-)

As I have said I am happy with constuctive criticism but 'crap driving' does not inform me or anyone else what exactly is wrong here if anything.

Is it just the speeding? Non of the overtaking manoevers were on blind bends.

32 years of driving cars and no accidents but yes I have 6 points for speeding...

I drive 15k a year in hundreds of different types of car as part of my work..so Boy Racer? no I dont think so....

Not a good answer..If you cannot say what exactly you thought was poor about the driving in the video then your original statement 'poor driving' is just an opinion.

Whether your opinion has validity depends on your ability to use argument and reason to support your claim... not 'if you have to ask' That is just avoiding a considered reply surely?
