Brawl Character/Player Profile: Captain Falcon/Ganondorf

Having visually similar movesets mean nothing; all those clones "feel" different from each other and have pretty distinct (IMO) gameplay(s).

i don't think that starfox charakters are compelte clones. Yes i do admit that they are similar but their special moves do have some diverences which is why i prefere Wolf over the other starfox charakters even though their Final Smashes are more or less the same

star fox characters arnt clones... like at all in my opinion... and link and TL have a few differences. and ganon and CF have quite a few differences in there standard attacks

Well, the Final Smashes are sorta similar, because the enemies are run over.

Don't say that Captain Falcon/Ganondorf, Wolf/Falco/Fox, Link or Toon Link are clones because they have different fighting styles and differences in speed and power (not clones). I also agree with TheTopGun920 on the fact that they have to have the same moves to be clones. None of these characters have identical move speeds or powers so stop labeling them clones unless this happens.

They are not clones. Nobody was ever a clone. To be a clone they would need the same speed and moves. They have different speeds and the moves you named were the only moves that are "similar"/not cloned. Even Mario was not the same as Dr. Mario. The differences if any make them....not-clones.

Well yeah, if you wanna be that analitical about it, but we could take another step forward and go on and say they don't look a like.

The term "clone" is used more as slang. They're not exact clones, but Ganondorf did copy off Captain Falcon a hell of a lot. The B moves and most of their moves used with the A button are pretty much the same, except one is faster or stronger than the other. They're total clones, in a slang sense.

Speaking of attacks, they are almost exactly the same.  In techniques and everything else, they are 2 different characters. TL and Link are very different, and so are the space animals.

Man I wish they weren't clones anymore. Yeah Ganondorf is different then he was in Melee, but not enough to seperate them both. Makes me wonder if Sakurai and his team just got lazy...

That form of beast ganon is (or at least it wasn't in Ocarina of Time) The one in the other games is a lot less animal like if you know what I mean. They redid it as a parallel to Link's beast form.
