A little confused here United States has a huge amount of natural gas and oil . Russian Federation and the United States would be the leader in natural gas and oil production. Europe would be the one I'd be in trouble
@Finni100 Well If you look at the world map at the moment now Norway is not part of the European Union and I most likely believe Norway would never go towards Russia and in the videogame Norway is part of the European Federation and is invaded by Russia before you begin playing. Another flaw in the videogame is the only country that invaded Norway right off the bat is America. Wouldn't you believe the European Union would want to secure its oil supply first.

Japan South Korea and maybe Taiwan have probably got a hold of nukes and are aiming straight at China and North Korea most likely bomber.
Pakistan has probably wiped out all the radicals because of the destruction of the nuclear attacks in the holiest Islamic lands in Saudi Arabia Iran was probably made by all the Muslim countries for starting a war with Saudi Arabia and using nukes Islam in the Middle East is probably allied with Israel out of necessity.
Brazil Argentina and maybe Peru are probably recovering from the loss of oil in the Middle East and are either supplying the United States or the European Federation or maybe both with oil or maybe not supplying either of them and are simply supplying their own people we don't know

Finally, it's 2020. by this time, the european Fusion Energy program would probably be running, and European vehicles, compared to American and Russian vehicles, are (usually) more fuel efficient.
I think they made a mistake of over looking China as a faction. China is a rising Super power that getting bigger and bigger military and Economy wise. So doing a World war 3 inspired Storyline with out China playing a big role is a flaw. But then again End war was released in 2009. And a lot of people in the U.S back did not have of the fear of China like they do now. But i am sure China gonna have a big role in End war 2.

Eurpoe and Russia(Siberia) and africa has the greatest material resources
In war against US, the enemy are making a blockade around America , all to US would be pinned down because they remain without the external resources
