I'll try explain the name confusion :). The original name is Ievan polkka. Ieva (not "Leva" but "ieva") is a woman's name, like Eva, Eeva. Polkka is Finnish for Polka, the dance. So, Ievan Polkka in Finnish, Ieva's Polka in English ;).
