If I remember it right, this is a song from a japanese movie, "神風特攻隊" (Taiwanese title). There is another song "情人的黃襯衫" which I think is from a Korean movie "紅巾特攻隊" . I may have mixed them up. Correct me if I am wrong. I enjoy your oldies very much. Thank you very much for sharing all these on YouTube!!!

Mei Dai songs this song the best; she has the sweetest voice of all, which suites this song the best.

姚蘇蓉姐姐是我們台灣捧出的第一位國際級歌星~去年看了電影群星­會~這造型應是她六九年當時_ 像霧又像花的造型照!
