It's one of the Atlantis subs. I believe that is Honolulu in the background. Looks like it might be one of the smaller of the two types they have.

LOL! I was in such anticipation waiting for a boomer to burst out onto the surface! I was disappointed...hehe. A tourist submarine... oh well :)
