It's all good....looks like it was one of those Morse Electrophonic pieces of wastage. It's not like it was a quality rig from Magnavox or Philco or Ampex or RCA with a tube amp.

(What I think would have been fun: Before smashing, simply connect each pair of speaker wires, while still connected to the crappy amp, to a power cord....then wall-socket the bitch!  Could make for some nice sparkage/smokageblastage!)

there was something like that left in our house when we bought it elderly people owned it left it there so we just put it in our fire cylindar and burned it. We couldn't destroy it by any other means it was very well built yet non functional. Even broke my hammer when I swung at it lol
