Yeah, if he's Captain Level, and Bankai gives 5~10 times more power, he'd be even more hax than Aizen is. Not to mention, any abilities he'd have, due to knowing his sword's name, in it's [Constant] Shikai form. Not knowing it's name actually makes it, and him, weaker.

@articice0: Second best for me. First is Byakuya vs. Kouga at the end of the Zanpakutou Rebellion arc. Whilst a filler fight the movement animation and quality is on a par with the movies, its like OVA level. They also make Hisagi look alot weaker cus he takes more damage from Findor. In the manga literally Hisagi releases and Findor is dead within two minutes and Hisagi takes no injuries.

It doesn't so much look funny to him as scary though, he comments that "it looks like it's meant to reap life itself" which is completely at odds with his philosophy.

It is pretty baddass, one wonders if it has any powers beyond the spinning and range, most other zanpakuto often have energy projection or defensive abilities, so far all we've seen from this one is hacking stuff to pieces.

i dont think there gonna pick captains yet. Personally I wouldnt be surprised if Gin betrays Aizen and comes back, or Tousen sees the error of his ways and come back, leaving Aizen on his own. For all we know they may want Ichigo to be a captain in Aizen's place by the end of the story. It's bleach its full of surprises

well personally I believe Hisagi is gonna have a Naruto moment where Tousen is gonna be Sasuke and Hisagi will be Naruto. You know he's going to "try" to bring him back. But I believe Tousen will die, and see his mistakes. As for Gin I think Toushiro will kill him and his lieutenant will be there to witness it, and have their last good byes.

well... first of let me say this, in anime is harder to kill off a main character...or anyone for that matter then it is to breath in space :P but if ichigo died he wouldent come back he would just be a hollow because thats all that other side wants to do is see him die or come close, the visards get into this fight for there own reasons not really to help the captains in there fights but...they do so in the process oh and spoiler (the visards get FUCKED UP)

I have to agree, this fight really surprised me. Certainly the best fight between the Shinigami and Arrancar invadors of Karakura shown so far in the anime. From the little preview of the Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra fight in the last non-filler episode, I'm certain we can expect the same.

Ichigo vs. Grimmjow was awesome, well-choreographed, but what really bugged me was how small his feet are in Resurreccion form. Did anyone else feel this way?
