Well seems like everyone talkin crap :/ but I was thinking about getting a custom turbo setup or AA supercharged on my e46 325i....or I know a guy whos been doing now forever and he seems confident on doing a nos project on my sedan...for alot less anyone opinions?
Oh and if I'm going to be running a higher level of performance do I need a diff gear ratio? Thanks !
Helllo buddy, i need a help please, I have a Manual e46 330Ci, and im looking for some kind of differential (that i dont have any idea about, is it LSD, 3.46 or 3.91), which will make the two wheels move together, i dont know if you get what i mean, i looked for 3.91 diff( like the one that you have but could not find)
so please, i need your help, where i can get it from?
@leistungmotorwerke How many bhp does it push? that is very fast, i have the same car only convertible, but your gearbox shifts way faster then mine does, have you changed the software or what have you done to it? I'm considering supercharging, I'm just reluctant about the steptronic gearbox, not sure if it will hold.
@leistungmotorwerke wow your transmission is amazing! That thing shifts so fast. I can see that you have modded your gearing as your in 3rd gear before 60mph =O. Have you noticed any slippage or much wear and tear? How long have you run this setup and at how much hp? Thanks

Bloody hell that's short gearing. In the 0-100 run you break traction in 2nd AND 3rd; the revs don't go much below about 5,500 after the gearshift and you can see the speedo jump immediately after the ship (the ZF gearbox has a particularly large gap between 1st and 2nd but this isn't remotely obvious). Cool!

The CEL was on because I have aftermarket headers with no cats, and I've yet to get the O2 simulators hooked up.

@dreamon272 It shifts faster because of my short gearing. 3.91 opposed to the stock 3.38.
