  • You start off with a front-on action, switch to sideways halfway through and then switch back on delivery. Cut out the middle bit and you'll be much more accurate :)

  • its decent, but with you front leg, try stop it from landing sideways. Its pointing parrallel with the crease when it lands then rotating Get rid of that, or you'll start to get serious injuries. Follow through more coz in that side on shot, your not following through enough. but other wise its a solid action with a nice high arm action, good front arm use, and you feet land nice and open Keep it up

  • You jump to high instead of jumping forward and pushing through the crease. also you want your head to be straight and your hips and shoulders to be in line with each other.

  • When you're in the air/jump keep everything infront of your body and keep your head still and body upright so once your back foot strikes the ground you unwind and explode through the crease. Your leg is nicely braced on realease but you need to lead more from the chest and drive your right hip towards your bowling legand get your right knee up higher after realease. Also watch that your head does not fall away to the off side as you begin to unfurl.

  • look where ur bowling to... ur turning ur head... thats what a lot of guys do and they arent that consistent..

    and your left foot... when it comes in is crooked in a way... point in straight and it looks like you are turning in toward the stumps at the very end of ur run up keep a straighter path of a run up. height of jump is very good. you have a ways... and keep ur arm straighter not bent when u jump... just practice and it will get better

  • also, i forgot to say, try to watch the spot where you are trying to put the ball. i can see that you are looking to the side during the delivery. this will improve your accuracy a lot.

  • not bad, a few pointers:

    - try and get your front arm as high as possible, it's a little bit bent in this and really pull it down in your delivery. That will get more of your weight behind the ball and you will gain a bit of pace.

    - also you are falling over to the side a bit, this is probably cause you aren't using all of your front arm as i said before but it might not be. so try to follow through the ball and follow the line of the ball such that all your weight is behind the delivery.

  • pretty good action tbh you'll be faster when your older xD

  • u have a good action. just smooth your run up out and also get ur front foot straighter, and follow through and you would be great

  • the slow mo killed it man.
