The doll is on the bed in the upper right room. How to get it: You must Kill Laughing Octopus (boss form) non-lethally. Then when she is in Beauty form, shoot her with anesthetic bullets to waste time then go to the upper right room to collect the doll. Hope this helps!!!

basically, stun or tranquilise her, use v-ring ammo, or aneathetic rounds, when she sheds her suit go into thermal vision (solid eye) look for the room with 1 bed right next to the storage room with boxes etc (you can get to each room by crawling under some). you have to get it before finishing her off!

when you finish the game, load up the same game, you will start a new game and you shoud see the difficulty setting, decide and play, you will get all bonuses, ammo and weapons from the previous game (with your d.p.)
