@178tadworth I totally agree. She went to an interview dressed appropriately in western dress for a Church of England School and then told them she wanted to wear the binbag. I cannot understand why she was employed in the first place as she can barely speak English clearly and waffled through this TV interview in an incoherent manner. Strange thing is that no where in the Quran does it say you need to wear bhurka or indeed cover your face . Its just a form of causing trouble. If she wishes to segregate herself from British culture then she does not really belong here. Thats one that I would send back.

@aelfredhauscarl Most Muslims would say it isn’t a religious obligation to cover the face, so it's a political stance rather than a religious one. I agree, it's also a strong visible statement of deliberate separation and difference, which is unhealthy and unenlightened in my opinion.

Absolutely Outrageous - ALL British Schools should promote our traditions & culture.

Azmi got suspended from a teachers job from a Church of England school for wearing a Burka/veil. She claims this is discrimination, but listen closely to the video. You will find it is her who is the guilty party.

This suspension should be without pay and she should be sacked asap.
