What you are calling a "bullet" is really a cartridge, made up of a case,bullet and a charge of powder.
A grain is a unit of measurement used to measurer both the bullet and the amount of powder used.
The amount of powder used in small arms in always much less that the weight of the projectile.
So when he says 185gr bullet thats the weight of the projectile that is being fired.

it's sure based on m40a3 but it's much preferable. although there are many better options (i don't talk about custom made ones).
Sako TRG 22 are exceptional and the Blaser Tactical 2 are brilliant ( last one needs a bit of caring though).
