do older fender rhodes pianos sound warmer in your opinion? till now I listened to this fishtale model and sounds less harsh than the newer builds mkII

60's rhodes are sounding less barky and gives you less dynamic keyboard and sound response due to the different mechanic and tonebars , it's a different feeling

to play with , not the "usual" rhodes sound

How do you have the harp plugged in for recording? Do you just run the grey RCA cable to the mixer, or are you using a mic/preamp channel? I've got the same stuent model but i blew the amp and i'm trying to figure out what i need to replace this.

I did a mod to get a direct out from the harp , so I can choose to play with the building amp or an external one , this recording has been made with a Presonus preamp.
