The genesis version has better arcade quality parts, the buttons are even standard arcade size. The Saturn version just the looks and feel of it is cheap. The buttons are too small and can't be swapped with arcade buttons either. I just use a modded arcade stick I built from a regular Saturn Controller. It blows this thing away ;)
