  • Thanks!

  • Actually, though I have had some comments, I do feel thankful for those videos. It's funny, I never really learned this like that but it's like I've sometimes unconsiously done this. I think about how brave I'm going to feel, how accomplished I'll feel if I do that very thing. Only problem I sometimes get is I get confused if that thing I'm anxious about is somehting worth being heroic for or not, like staying at a cabin with lots of people. My HSP mind sees like 2 dozen possibilities hehe

  • Thank you for these videos

  • thanks, it really helps!

  • wow i been goin through anxiety for about 3 months now i believe this technique really works

  • Thats great! I'll try that. I have two performances in one day on Sunday. I'm pretty nervous about how it will turn out.

  • omggggggggggg.. this was crazy THE BEEST THINGEEEVAAARRR U ARE THE BEST :O

  • I am almost cured, but I have this one problem:

I have developed a phobia for specific people I know.

just seeing him is painful, heck, stuff that remind me of him freaks me somewhat out.

and I have a good chance of meeting this person, since I live in a small town.

    What should I do?

  • this really works man. thanks

  • I see how this works if the event ends up being successful, but there are many seriously dangerous situations where the event will not turn out well if one confronts their fears (e.g. confronting an abusive angry & suicidal spouse letting him know that he may have a problem or that you may have to leave the relationship. It has a high enough chance in ending in something such as suicide, homicide). In this case, I think it's a little more than eliminating the fear to speak or participate...

  • @hascott30 - It's really knowing how to approach the (extremely delicate and fragile) situation

  • I honestly thought this isn't going to work. Am stunned it worked. Thank You.

  • wow mark , this method has helped me alot! thankyou!

  • @SiiKDuBz Glad to be of help! All the best! - Mark Shepard

  • But this is my worry (well, one of them): I am giving my husband a 2nd chance after we have been divorced. Everyone says don't. I suffered extreme grief after he left me before. I know how I will feel if he does this to me again. But anyone could do that to me - not just him. They could up and leave and take half my home while I have 4 kids to care for. Then this fear leads to fear of me dying because my kids will not be loved, and will be split from each other. I live in terror! Help, please?x

  • wow its gone!!! jaja hell yea.

  • wow! the helps a great deal mate, thanks for the tip

  • Thank you!

  • You need to practice it everyday, at least for 2 weeks until your brain gets used to the new NLP pattern or program.

Also get a NLP book and learn NLP, there are many other useful NLP techniques that can help.

If you have severe anxiety or panic attacks medication (such as prozac) might be more helpful at first to calm you down and get any chemical imbalance in the brain to a controlable level. It's a vicious cycle, practice correct thinking. (easier said than done)

  • Basically, you need to retrain your brain everyday until all the old unuseful thinking patterns disappear. You must stop thinking about your irrational fears; thinking about them will only increase your fears.

It's alright to be scared of a poisonous snake that is quite rational. However, if you are anxious or scared in normal situations that is categorized as an irrational fear, this is probably caused by an incorrect thinking pattern that is triggered in your brain by some external stimuli

  • I tried the method! I began feeling happy and calm! After 5 min I could breath normally! The method really helps! Is there any way that you could post some more techniques on how to solve anxiety ? I will also subscribe to you :)

  • So far up to 6 I like these. I've studied and practice meditation some for a while. I have bouts with axiety. Sometimes its EXTREME. I've had panic attacks in the past. I know the power of meditation to a degree but recently I've come across an "event" or thought that I can't seem to conquer no matter what. It's that something might happen to my little boy. It DRIVES me mad. No matter what I do. I have hope that this technique will help though.

  • thank you so much! :-)

  • This is a very helpful technique i felt better immediately after practicing

  • Mark, I think this is a very interesting trick and I've been facing some difficulties but I truly want to master it. What happens if the fear that it won't have a positive outcome comes back to you? Also, when you go 15 minutes into the future should you float above that event or imagine literally you being 15 minutes into the future? Also, should you imagine the stressful event as not stressful when you float above it?

  • Thank you thank you!!!!

  • Thanks so much for doing all this. Your method really has changed my life within 10 minutes.

  • Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what abt GAD?

    im worrin all the time

and i dont know wht is the reason?

  • well when i got rid of anxiety last time all i was thinking was positive things and i was staying strong body and mind

  • Thanks for being open to experiment with it. it really does work and I use it all the time to manage my own stuff. all the best, Mark

  • thanks dude.. it may sound simple and crazy but it does work.. your mind doesnt know the difference between imagined and real. just imagine the positive outcome. see it happening.. program yourself to be successful and u will b.. good stuff man!

  • @ssips720 yeah so true i just felt my anxiety go away well its at least way less
