Only cons we got was the necessity of having a WAAS Central Manager to configure, modify and policies, as well as review graphics for utilization and optimization on the appliance GUI. Also the we cant modified the WCCP services groups(why would you want to do it, dont know).
In the other hand, Cisco WAAS offer many benefits for an enterprise already on a Cisco infrastructure. This video mentioned very well
