I like this. They give you a larger footprint on the ice so you are less likely to fall through and you can go into places with 2 to even 4 feet of snow. Just drive properly and you'll be fine. Specific to wild areas and extreme snow, but if you have to work in it, a good investment.

@masonbatz You can but you can only go so fast (I forget the speed) and I highly doubt they are street legal. I would say yes but at a top speed of I think 40 or some where around there and only on country roads not down the highway. Lol!

These tracks are awesome but who has 40k to spend on tracks for a 2500. Even tracks for a light truck like this are 30k. These tracks are built with quality and that is great, but I think a local welding shop could build something like this for under 5k. If you look closely there isnt much to these tracks. A heavy duty snowmobile track, a sprocket, some rollers, and a wavy upside down T shaped frame and thats all I can see. I think 30k is way to much but they are really nice!!

@LegoLawnmowerguy American track truck makes something similar to what your talking about for around 10k a set. I don't think they make anything for 3/4 ton though.

christ there are a lot of stupid comments on this video, so i think i'll start with you. vehicles equipped with tracks can go places that a traditional tyre running 4x4 wouldn't even dream of going. yes, that IS pretty EXCITING. secondly, these ARE street legal. 3rd, "these have less psi than a regular tyre" great observation, since the tracks don't inflate at all. come on people, use your fucking heads.

actually these have less psi then regular tires because you have more surface tuching and would be easyer on the road, just need some that can handle 65mps speeds.
