@sims3master101 For choppers, BF2 is by far better and more fun... You will get a bad time in choppers at BF3 since all infantry can lock on you with AA or worst: javelins... The only better thing about BF3 is the graphics... the game play was better overall at BF2

The mouse is better. I have known a great player with the arrows, no mouse... but i highly suggest you to keep the mouse for Solo TV

Im agree I got my own Chopper Pilot and not specialy for TWL but We always and only fly togetter...we know our limit and wath we can do...that even more fun this way

My problem is that whenever I am in the gunner seat the pilot lines me up for a TV shot at an enemy chopper and I NEVER ever hit it, tanks arent a problem and neither is cars or AA but those damn choppers!

9 times out of 10 when I'm in a chopper, the other pilot usually begs me to get out, lol :D I'm crap, but, I do have fairly good hand-eye cor-ordination, in most circumstances; but for choppers doing that funnel flying you guys do,.. dunno,.. it's feckin' hard even with practise. It's very counter-intuitive and although I know that; I still can't get my head around it. :-/

I prefer playing with a player that have same skillz level then me rather then playing solo so we can get even closer to the action, but playing with someone with less experience is like I can't really play and enjoy, why we will ask someone to bail out mainly if we knows we have good oponents in the air...

Good shooting with the machine gun. I always spin out too fast to hit anything.

Any tips on barrel rolls and avoiding jet strafing.

Download full video at my website, look at 3:44 for the barrel roll... and about jet strafing, if he is coming from front, just hit forward to get higher in altitude and by shooting rockets still by going forward and facing the jet, to simply try destroying him... if he is coming from the back or you don't know where, best is to do a circle... like I do on the video with Champuss when coming back to carrier to reload... always depend on situation.. well...

iv tryed it u have to be flying rather high and when u swap it take about 2 seconds b4 u can shoot. by that time ur dropping quite fast also most of the maps u have jets flying all over the place so u get killed nyway

Uch, quick post respond. Well, I already tried joystick and solo chopper - fail. It's taking really long time to move your hands from joystick to mouse! I really don't thought, that it's possible to fly helicopter with mouse, i tried before, but it was bad idea, so i bought joystick.

Can you share your mouse options in BF2?

Also, what to do when you bring nose of chopper to high or to low? It's starts falling and i don't have idea what do to then.

nice vid, great chopper skills, but sometimes, i think that you're cheating. With that, i mean the tv kills and the mg kills. You're just switching from enemy to enemy so fast.

good configuration keys help switching fast... rest is a matters of practice and experiences and the skillz i have to control the chopper and to know how it will react when I will be switching...

Nice NPC shooting. I never thought about jumping from pilot to gunner seat. i think i am going to check it right now, btw have Saitek Gyborg X, don't you think it will be a bit different then on mouse?

I have a Saitek X52 I paid over 200$ and I am not using it for BF2, the reason is, as a gunner, you need your mouse... but you could pilot with your joystick definatly... it's just it's faster if you don't have to switch your controller and to use same one to both positions... the key about soloing is probably first a good key configuration, as I am using i think over 25 different control keys for bf2...ALL of them at all...

? this is the basic rockets the pilot is having... have to be pilot, and you have 4 loads of 8 rockets... you just shoot them by using your left mouse button...

Sensitivity = 6.50 -> it is also affecting mouse sensitivity of Co-pilot TV guided missile

Pitch = 10

YAW = 10

This is my settings, but it differ from everyones... Why ? Because those settins are getting affected by your mouse sensitivity of your windows... To make sure I will always have the same sensitivity of my mouse... when I format my PC, i dont install the softwares coming with my Lasechis mouse... only use the windows default sensitivity and the settings I just stated...
