for all other countries, with less military influence and nationalist interests control of resources is not permitted unless entrenched 'developed' countries are allowed a piece of the pie. under the veil of democracy and liberalism is atrocity permissible it seems. therefore it is economics that is at the heart of this arguments as far as the chinese are concerned. tibet has resources, china's economic policy demand that these resources be liberated.
