Awesome. I just had two of my Sammys out for the first time today skijoering. Mine are having a little difficulty figuring that for once it is fine to pull!
Often we run without booties. If snow conditions require it, we use fleece booties. When bikejoring we use cordura booties. I sew my own but a friend who runs a big team gets booties from mountain ridge mushing supplies.
Would it not make sense for your Sammys to be harnessed so that the middle one is a bit out in front? "Lead dog" as it were? With all three of them side-by-side it looks a bit awkward.

Are there tandem traces for skijoring dogs?
