I remember pouring over printed flourish instructions for hours as a kid with only the vaguest idea what I was trying accomplish.

I filmed myself going through the exact same motions, standing in the exact same place during the separate shots, and transitioning the clips when the fan covered the camera lens. Turned out much better than I thought it would!

So how much of your work is actually original anymore? It seems like every little touch you have has been adapted and tweaked to your own, making it look nothing like what you see from dan and dave and others that you started out with.
