  • Nicest jerseys and court in league! so fresh

  • Monta Ellis should make the NBA allstar team this season and so far in their 1st 3 games Golden State beat the Bulls and Knicks They know how to do well on their home floor but need to do much better on the road if they can do that they'll be a playoff team

  • lol

  • Not that I spelled "intense" incorrectly while posting a comment to @AJVersatility19. *Lies down on subway rails.*

  • undersized backcourt.......how many time I heard that they can't play together, Did somebody tell this to the Houston Rockets back when Steve Franchise and Cuttino Mobley were da men back then?

  • @bertotaker Right, and i also remember them winning a championship... yea great example there coach.

  • Comment removed

  • "it's not about Xs and Os, it's about Jims and Joes." -Charles Barkley

  • Not a Warriors fan but they're fun to watch I've never seen a full game of them yet. 2 bad they're not on EPSN TNT or ABC for regular season games these days Who thinks they'll be in the 2012 playoffs?

  • @BasketballLover173

they gonna get bunch of tv time this year dont worry

  • @thechurromaniac Oh really well that's good to hear and I trust they'll win alot more games too. It's amazing that even though they often struggle they have a strong fanbase like the Bulls do even before they became strong contenders in 2011 since tehe MJ days. The Thunder also have loyal fans who supported them before they were the tough team they are now. I gotta repsect that about GSW fans

  • @BasketballLover173 lol we one of the loyalest fans in the nba

    2012 WE BELIEVE!

  • @BasketballLover173 Yes they are on national TV for regular season games sometimes. Not as often as other teams, but still are gonna be on TNT a few times this year

  • They got a pretty decent Starting 5 ,but they are pretty under size at the 1,2 i say keep Ellis.

  • Golden State Warriors: "We're going to move one of those guys, no wait...move that chinese guy!"

  • Charles Barkley, they just need good big mans, backcourt is awesome, thats it. but they are fine because in 2k my player I am in golden state :D

  • what? can Curry play the 1? I love Chuck, but that's a fucking deadshit question.

  • @Convisis well what he means is that at the moment he shares the load of playing the 1 spot with ellis. Allthough ellis lines up at the 2, they both have similar roles. If for example, they brought in a larger shooting guard and swapped out ellis, who was solely a shooter or slasher, then could curry hold his own as an assist driven point guard. I dont think so, and i dont think Chuck thinks so either.

  • Because Jeremy Lin is in the warriors and they are talking about it in a GSW's video. Kyrie is in Cleveland man. This is not Cleveland Cavaliers season preview. And Lin definitely needs some time on the court.

  • @AJVersatility19 Two words, Derrick Rose

  • why the fuck is errbody talking about jeremy lin, you should be talking about kemba and kyrie... chinese people i guess

  • Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry are the highest scoring backcourt in the nba. And of course curry could play the 1!

  • WTF?? 9GAG was down

  • kobe all the way y'all',,,SWAG'

  • what the hell does he mean by "its not about Xs and Os, its about Jims an Joes..." ??!

  • @BURRhypopo He means it's not about the coaching or the plays, it's about the players on the team.

  • I think that curry should be traded and ellis should not

  • @yodogshit that not true they need a 2 guard that tryies on d and can only score

  • @sportsfan4051 with out ellis they suck

  • These season previews are awesome. It really helps me to get to know the team beforehand.

  • i think curry would be good to keep, however good Monta is he will get you a better trade and hopefully golden state acquire a defensive SG and a big who can play d and score

  • @aaron11safc They don't have to get a Center who can score, they just need one that can defend, The Warriors are loaded with scorers. if the Warriors can get DeAndre Jordan they would be set to challenge a team for the 8th or 7th seed in the difficult West, Warriors would be like 6th seed in the East lol.

  • Not sure what happened to Curry last season oh his ankle lol, but what he did in latter part of rookie season was fucking insane for a rookie so yes he can play, but he need to be consist like barkley says, hope the coach can help him take his game to another level.

  • @badboy95ca I think Ellis happened. His biggest games (the triple-double against the Clippers and his 27pts-14a-8r-7s performance against the Wolves) Ellis was out injured and Curry really became the center point of the team.

  • @badboy95ca Curry needs to be a point guard I like hs scoring amount he just should get his assist up to me I don't know how he can get better except more assist or just play harder

  • @dhughzy well he added 10lbs to his frame, so it will be interesting how he will play this year.

  • @badboy95ca I think his going to be a all star this year or the next

  • Thing is, we've denied moving both players.

  • And for the people talking about the size advtange it's only a problem really when they go up against a team that has a backcourt that likes to play physical driving strong and posting up.

  • @MaxYouOut Dude look at the backcourt of the playoff contenders in the West. And list me the number of SG and PG that Ellis and Curry would be able to guard? (your reply should come back empty.)

  • Stfu. My team is good, warriors.

  • Ellis can be part of that rebuilding phase in Cleveland. They get Ellis there and someone at the 3 and a Center and they should be ready to start re-building.

  • @MaxYouOut thats like saying they need a whole new team.

  • @shaggyMCgoon True but you gotta start with the PG...most teams that build around the 2 or 3 or even a PF or Center usually fail. Point in case...LeBron in Cleveland. PG is usually the most important player on the team but Cleveland would be nice for Ellis or even Indiana.

  • @MaxYouOut I agree. Every team needs Dwight Howard as Center to build around that spot. The Center Spot. Like in Orlando. But he doesn't get help on D with that Team.

  • @MaxYouOut You kidding me? Teams that build around a 2-4 or 2-5 combo are the ones that won the most. Or a 1-4. 1-5 combo. If you don't see the pattern, a 4 and a 5 are the most vital part of a championship team. A decent PG with an above average 5 has a way better chance than an above average 1 with a decent C. Who was the last champion with a PG as their best player? Chauncey in 2004. Before that? Isiah Thomas in 1990.

  • @AJVersatility19 yea I don't think you can win with just a point guard as your star player because they are to small is that what you're saying?

  • @dhughzy What I'm saying is, the PG position is NOT the most vital part of a championship team. I mean sure you need a PG who can run the team, and play defense. But It's the 4 or the 5 that's the most important.

  • ponies

  • Ellis and curry are super fun to watch play together because of the fast pace, but I think that Ellis should go. He's not getting much out of GSW. As a warrior fan and Ellis fan, I think it would be best for him to leave GSW. I think warriors need to find a solid 3, because I do not think that Wright can play consistently as a starter. Other than that, the warriors have so many great young players.

  • Curry + Ellis are too small of a backcourt. They need to get a more defensive minded guard like tony allen so they won't get steamrolled by opposing guards.

  • Lakers should get Steve Nash. I bet it'd be easy to get him and he'd be an amazing contributor. I know he's old and will retire soon but I bet the Lakers could win a couple rings with him before he retires. Everyone's gonna tell me I'm wrong lol.

  • Man, Chuck knows what he's talking about. And if they don't trade one of them. All you in denial ass GS fans will soon find out.

  • They really do need to trade one of them. And it has to be Ellis. Before the lockout there was a Ellis for Igoudala trade that if resurfaces, GS has to make in a heartbeat!

  • @AJVersatility19 They were thinking about that trade? Wow, i didn't know it when i wrote my comment! I guess it really makes sense because, like i said, the Sixers could use a scorer and the Warriors could use a good all-around defensive SG/SF.

  • @Whispererinthenoise They were. But now it's died down in all these Dwight Howard and CP trade talks. I haven't heard it mentioned since the lockout. But i agree, that trade would make both teams better.

  • One of the most upcoming teams in the NBA!

  • WARRIORS WILL BE IN THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR

and they also got the best looking jersey's in da NBA

  • wait so do u all really think they cant play together?

  • cant wait for this sick team

  • loves this team :)

  • asians suck.

  • @wanttotrytest thanks asshole

  • @wanttotrytest Without asians, you won't even have what you have right now....

  • Please trade jeremy lin somewhere that he will get more time :D

  • @CoolenRockenChris He got waived bro

  • @CoolenRockenChris waived ;3

  • @CoolenRockenChris yeah, i agree to that, i saw him practice and he was just knocking down 3s after 3s, plus he's a good passer and a pretty fast player, i think he needs more playing time.

  • @CoolenRockenChris he's in the rockets now i think :)

  • Best fans in the NBA!!!!!!!!

  • 0:20

  • Ellis is stronger and faster than Curry, if i was to decide, i would choose speed and strength over fancy

  • Jeremy Lin needs ALOT more playing time!

  • @rsTHEKINGHHHrs lmao

  • If it came down to it, i would keep Curry over Ellis.

  • Backcourt too small? I actualy like the warriors backcourt being so skilled, swift and compact. I don't think Ellis or Curry are holding the team back. They open up the offensive options for the others on the team. They score enough and are a hand full, so they are not the problem to be taken care of. I think they need someone else inside to be able to do some damage. They seem less dominant in the paint than they are in the backcourt.

  • @FlamAble94 What's wrong with David Lee? Granted, he needs some help but he should be a legit All Star if he posts better numbers like he did in NY.,

  • @cowdust51 Nothing actualy. I'd love to see him play like he did in NY. His talent is just not really showing in Gloden State for some reason.

  • @FlamAble94 It's not all about flashy scoring and plays. Curry is already one of the worst defenders. I mean they have to rely on Ellis to guard Kobe and Wade and such. And you're okay with that? Their backcourt is vulnerable and they have to make a move.

  • @AJVersatility19 True that Curry is not a very strong defensive presence such as Ellis is. But Ellis shows that a small guard can defend. Maybe Rondo is a better example of a small but intence backcourt defender. Offensively, I still think those two can still pack a punch.

  • @FlamAble94 Yea, but when was the last time someone won anything with offense? With this team they'll make the playoffs, but they won't go anywhere else. Rondo is a terrific defender for his size, and that being said Ellis and Curry are nowhere near his level defensively. Offensively they're unstoppable, even if they limit each other, defensively, mark my words, they have no chance.

  • just let jeremy lin play~

  • Charles Barkley was in Space jam, thumbs up if you were born in the 90's ;)

  • @olliedotkid lol 1992' dawg what you know about that

  • @olliedotkid MVP= Bill Murray

  • They're not really undersized and they're both great players, but i feel they need to make this Curry's team. He is the future for Golden State. One trade i could see happening (it's probably really stupid but bear with me here, ok? lol) is Monta for Iguodala. The Sixers could use a scorer and the Warriors could use a good all-around defensive player. There should be other players (and teams) involved (including a C for GS) but those 2 would be the main ones.

  • Chuck Hayes for MVP

  • all the warriors need is a 7 footer like deandre jordan

  • just a good center missing ... dont look at the gurads, their not the problem

  • whatcha baby mama pussy tasteee likeeee ? JUST LIKE CHERRY KOOLAIDDDD

  • Is Charles Barkley serious? Can Stephen Curry play the PG position? Of course he can wtf is wrong with him lol

  • Im tired of this excuse that teams can win with a "small backcourt". If Dallas can win one with Kidd, Terry, & JJ. I think the the Warriors are a good center away from being deep in the playoffs.

  • @ANGELOU510 hmmm Kidd Terry, way better defenders that Curry and Ellis. JJ was a role player. Dallas also had Dirk. Who do the Warriors have that's even close to what Dirk brings? Curry and Ellis get picked on on defense so many times last year and the year before. Idk why Warriors fans can't see it. Maybe the play of the team has also gotten their fans to forget all about defense. If you were to compare Dallas' defense to the Warriors, the Warriors wouldnt even be in the same league.

  • @ANGELOU510 Kidd is a great defender, he's strong, smart and experienced. He even defended Lebron in the finals! How many PG's in the league can do that?! He's 38 and he's still in the top 10 in steals. Remove Kidd and the Mavs will struggle if they try to go small.

  • @Whispererinthenoise you gotta be being ridiculous if you think Kidd can really shut down Lebron Lebron shut himself down by taking errant jumpshots and not driving to the hole more

  • @dhughzy I said he defended him, i didn't say he shut him down. My point was that he defended Lebron and did a great job, and that was what allowed them to successfully go small and not many PG's could do that. So don't put words into my mouth saying that anybody shut down Lebron, 'cause i know damn well that if he's on the top of his game he can't be stopped. Nobody could really stop Jordan which doesn't mean Payton didn't go a great job on the 96 Finals.

  • trade biedrins, that is all they have to do

  • ELLIS

  • Bulls could do some sort of trade with warriors, give them some size in exchange for another scoring threat.

  • Chuck is not right this time...they're not undersized they can play together and if Golden State sign with a good center piece they can be very a good team.

  • Monta Ellis has a better trade value and Steph has the ability to become a true Pg, he just has to learn how to play defense

  • @HolidayMell Agreed! Or maybe they can trade Curry to the Lakers for something taller and Defensive since Lakers right now are looking for a true PG like the skills of Curry. haha!

  • @HolidayMell Hmm, maybe lakers can use steph for sure and give warriors size as well.

  • sometimes when i'm alone, i cover myself in vaseline and pretend i'm a slug.

  • curry is a 1 chuck u dumbass:L

  • tits

  • clit

  • vagina

  • Fk you Charles Barkley! Is not about being undersized. If both of them has great chemistry, they can be a big team. Both of them are 6'3 its not like Curry is 6'0 and Monta is 6'3 than that's undersized.

  • @ENMAnumber1 Exactly. If I remember, Eric Snow was 6'3 and Allen Iverson was 6'0. Nobody complained about them being undersized.

  • @josiah566 if they put out Curry, the tallest PG(average) is 6'4 example John wall. That's no difference. They can't kick Monta, He is the fucking Captain.

  • @ENMAnumber1 Respect Charles, he knows the game. And besides he's right... No question about the offense but It is hard to defend when you are 6'0" and 6'3" if they're on court together especially if you match-up with a teams like Heat or Lakers. Come to think about it.

  • @alienboyguitar both of them are 6'3 actually. I was just listing an example. But they can't remove Monta because he is the Star in the team. They got Klay Thompson now as a Backup SG. There is no problem now.

  • @ENMAnumber1 Yup so that's why Charles has to ask himself if they need to have a tall SG or SF, whom are they gonna trade between the two. Yup, Ellis maybe called as a star for their team but let me ask you, give me a rankings of top PG in NBA right now? I think Curry will fall somewhere in a top 5 or top 7.

  • @ENMAnumber1 Do u watch Warriors games? How many times are you gonna endure Kobe and Wade and other Shooting guards continuously roll over Curry and Ellis?

  • @AJVersatility19 are you a Warriors fan? If you are, you should know why. They just need a backup SG which is Klay Thompson. They are fine with him.

  • @ENMAnumber1 No. Not a fan. I watch their games cuz of Curry and in the process, I know quite a few things about them. And one of them is Curry and Ellis do not work together. I can only tell you so many times why I say that, but that's unnecessary. If they dont get broken up, you'll all see that it just won't work. Playoffs sure, but they won't go anywhere.

  • LETS GO WARRIORS!! they have many underrated players like monta ellis and stephen curry! not to mention jeremy lin

  • As soon as Monta figures out the score during games, the Warriors may get a few wins.

  • Trade Monta Ellis, keep Steph Curry!

  • ellis for lopez

  • sex
