@tantawi1992 lol I don't think it's the people more than it is the news organisations that complain "on our behalf". Honestly, last month when there was a "huge" snowstorm, I looked out the window and it looked normal, yet media organisations where making it seem like it was some big deal. Also, if it goes below -10C, they tell us it's going to be really cold, yet without the wind, -15 seems warmer than -5 with wind. I don't complain much about weather at all. Only thing I hate is cold wind.
I'll be honest. I lived in the suburbs of Toronto and I happily walked around in a T-Shirt in -10 weather. Then I started going to school downtown and I can stand even a smidgen of slush. ....I am so ashamed...
@lukepiewalker12345 I know, right? I'm in Kamloops, and I always laugh when they get a centimetre of snow and the city shuts down. Plus I have family in Manitoba, so I know how bad it can be.

@tantawi1992 Probably because in Toronto, people need to get to their offices and run the country economically speaking.

I moved from Saskatoon to Manila six years ago. Tonight, it's ~ 22c and people are walking about in winter jackets. I <3 Toronto, btw.
