The tune played on the rims is Kingdom Coming.
The tune after that is The Prussian from the Bruce and Emmetts Reveille.

Music in the Civil War was an asset to all who heard it. Battle of the bands at Stones River comes to mind.
It boosted morale and as a reenactor I love it in the camps I wish we had more.
