Be careful, every call you need to add 49cents connection fee. This is good for those who talk on the phone forever such as 49 mins, your call will be 1 min more. Otherwise, it can be 51 cents per min.

If you go to some asian supermarkets, you can get calling card for the same rates with no connection fee. I do not sell phone card but I know that. You can use all over the states
