  • the rs sails are pretty nice.

  • this sail is fast super fast man when i tested this sail wow you can feel the power but the secret is the profile so that you can go much more faster i can tell you how be more faster on the water but please post as early as you could thanks !!

  • Micah Buzanis, teus dias tão contados ... Abraços de São Paulo ! XD

  • weight isn't as big a factor as it is in one design boats, in windsurfing the idea is to get gear fitted to you. i think that over time your weight and height will influence which ws discipline you'll progress the most into. Freestyle favors lighter guys and slalom and formula seems to be full of big and tall riders.

  • It's not exclusively about your weight rather flexibility, power, balance and know-how, and not at last, you may select bigger board volumes and sail sizes if you put on some weight :) Though weight does really matter when you're speedsailing: the bigger the better :)

  • @HypnosisProductions y? why is that. I would think the lesser you weigh the smaller equip you can take and the faster you go fast xD. ( fast wipeouts i know)

  • @ZaZaZ3Z3Z3 Think about it: the bigger you are, the more weight counterbalances bigger wind power caught in the sail (via the harness line).

Also the more stable your board glides on water... and eventually the faster you ride.

(I've simplified my answer, counting in perfect water flatness and constant wind conditions.)

  • i`m a laser sailor and recently began windsurfing; i have to admit that I loved it and now i'm looking forward to keep on windsurfing, but i have one question : how important is your weight if you are windsurfing? what i mean is that i do not know if there's an ideal weight or something.

  • Your weight determines the boardvolume and sailsize you use with different windspeeds. For instance a 60kg shrimp could use a 80L freewave board with a 6.0 as lightwind set, but a 100kg big guy surely has to look at a 130L with a 9.0m² sail.

  • whats the music???
