really nice back, you must have done well
i'm doing it for 3 weeks now, i see major size change in legs and arms , however, chest and back size wont increase, any tips?

@mo8810 it wont increase because youre only doing pushups and pullups in order to increase size youll have to do some weight lifting

@mo8810 just drink protein shakes with it, drink 100% whey protein, 25g-50g will do u the best if ur skinny :), if ur fat drink 16g-25g
