Absolutely loved this video. I saw the movie when I was in middle school I think. Anyway, I loved it and it wasn't til college that I found a copy of the book at a used bookstore for like 50 cents. At a price like that I didn't want to buy it at a regular bookstore cuz I didn't want to spend like $8. I finally finding the time to start reading it almost 2 yrs later.

They are bitter sweet, a little graphic but nothing too life changing in them. i'm sure you've seen worse in movies. The books are a good read, but a few of them she lets drag on and on (Tale od the body theives for one) but it's still real good stuff

Sorry I just learnd the vampire man is named Louis and he made Cludia a vampire. But how did he become Cludia's lover and why did she burn to death agin? I can't belive I forgot some of the mager plot in such a membeble movie.

Lestat (Tom Cruise's character) made Claudia a vampire. Claudia liked Louis (Brad Pitt's character) better than Lestat, which was how they were "lovers", in a way. She burned to death because Armand (Antonio Banderas' character) wanted Louis for himself. The theatre's reason for burning Claudia was because she attempted to kill Lestat.

Louis was more like a surrogate father, thats why Claudia brought in the other woman to become a vampire to act as a surrogate mother of sorts. Remember she lost her parents during the black plague. Louis nurtured her and looked after Claudia as his, remember his wife died during childbirth, he was missing what could have been.
