@SashyKacora I'm pretty sure he's actually referring to the fact that human testicles draw up and into the body when exposed to sudden cold to regulate temperature (so the sperm doesn't die) rather than the clothes he's wearing. Tony's in dress slacks, if he's dressed according to character they would be nice ones of natural fiber like linen or cotton, which wouldn't shrink significantly in cold water.
