  • @ballrude1 nothing really just saying :)

  • He did ALL these Old Milwaukee beer commercials for FREE!!!

  • Old Milwaukee is a queer's beer. You want a queer's beer, Will Ferrell? Try the house beer, it's frickin' gret!

  • @itsjustthatawsome Wow, way to be a bigot! Also, nothing wrong with Old Milwaukee. If any beer is 'wimpy' it's swill like bud lite...light beer is basically beer-flavored water.

  • @Cassuttus I was referencing Jay Mohr's skit about a Scottish pub. Even if you haven't seen it, the last sentence makes it more than obvious that the entire comment is a joke. Some people have such terrible learning deficiencies...

tl;dr: Wow, way to be a moron!

  • @itsjustthatawsome

Whoa, don't flip out. To me it wasn't obvious at all that it was a joke, I just thought you were being an ass. How exactly does "Try how the house beer, it's frickin great' make it obviously a joke? Also I have no idea who Jay Mohr is.

  • @Cassuttus >misses obvious joke

    >calls me a bigot

    >I respond

    >tells me not to flip out

    >areyouawizard.jpg

  • Thats the river that jeff buckley died in...awkarrddd

  • @Ttanya6 whats the connection with jeff buckley and ferrell?

  • fuck you fags arguing about good and bad watter! fucking homos!

  • haha this is classic Will BRILLIANT!

  • Awesome

  • They had to spend so much money getting Will Ferrel to endorse them they had no money left to actually make the commercial.

  • I love how when you go to buy Old Milwaukee, you have to look REALLY far back on the shelf, moving aside dusty 6 packs of Billy Beer and Meister Brau.

  • Lol "Crystal clear waters of the Mississippi?" Whoever wrote that should actually look at the river.....

  • Catfish, yes. Old Philmaukee, no.

  • its even better to know he does all these ads for FREE!!

  • I love these ads lol

  • I don't know anyone in Davenport who drinks Old Milwaukee.

  • Ugh...We don't even go in the river.....

  • I live on the Mississippi close by and only throw in PBR.

  • @rvhawkeye True, and once the PBR has sat in the shit at the bottom of the river it becomes Old Mil. haha, jk. PBR is worse than Old Mil. in my opinion. But still, maybe that's how it happens?

  • I can't believe it's not.. Old Spice.

  • I think Mr. Ferrell owes Tom Raper something.

  • My shit floats in that water

  • born and raised in QC. The only thing that is crystal clear is your toilet...even blue with a tab .....once you flush you have the Mississippi River....any idiot on here that thinks different deserves the shits they'll get if they do what Will Farrell did....my guess is that was dubbed in...

  • I liked this when it was Tom Raper

  • Crystal clear? I thought the Mississippi River is notoriously murky.

  • time to go fisting for beer

  • I like the one were he stands on top of the old Pabst brewery in Milwaukee and talks about Old Milwaukee beer. Even though it was originally brewed by Schlitz :-). Although, the old Pabst site is more interesting from an architectural standpoint.

  • i have 30 and yes will, im gonna try me a few

  • IT'S CALLED NOODLING GOSH

  • Really? Tons of people swim in the Mississippi. If you live by the river its a comletely normal summer activity.

  • I live in Davenport!!

  • YAY!!! I LIVE IN DAVENPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mississippi = America's longest sewage line.

  • Will Ferrell is the man!! Thanks for representing the midwest, even of it isn't the greatest of beers!! <3 Milwaukee

  • @greeneyedsconie ..hahaha..it terms of the compliment it's one step forward and one step back with that one..lol..'even though it's not the greatest of beers' xD

  • This is the coolest thing concerning beer and Will Ferrell I have heard about in months...years even

  • If Will is brave enough to drink Old Mil, he's certainly brave enough for a plunge in the Big Muddy.

  • Dude actually swam in the Big Muddy in Davenport, Iowa?? No one told him how much feces in there?! LOL

  • Guys, you'd be amazed what green screens can do. I doubt he actually went in that filth, lol.

  • Not go in the water? Puhlease, as an avid boater just 50 miles upstream there is nothing wrong with that water. Obviously, I wouldn't drink from it but to have recreation and fishing from it hell yea! Yall must be 14 year old prissy girls.

  • @kgetz3 Yes, my name is Sally and I think the mississippi water is just too gross, EWWWWWWWWW!

    Psh.....

  • @kgetz3 except for the fact that millions of gallons of pesticides pollute the water....its totally safe to be in

  • @igotgame247 Why do they pollute your river?

  • i'm definitely drinking old milwaukee now

  • Will's a brave son of a bitch to go swimming in that water.

  • lmao old mil is the fucking best

  • Sweet bowling shirt

  • This reminds me of the time when I ran into four toothless guys filling a pickup truck bed full of carp while drinking a case of Old Mil. just down stream from Burlington, Iowa. Insert dueling banjos here.

  • There are no crystal clear waters in the MUDDY Mississippi!

  • thats actually terre haute lol

  • @TheHoosierDrifter I wonder if there is a commercial on here from when he was in Terre Haute. I've tried looking on here but have been unsuccessful.

  • The Mississippi river looks like shit and smells like shit, yuck why would he jump in? I live in Moline, right across from Davenport, and its terrible water.

  • @WhiteWolf56765 ha its true. Its because the quad cities is down stream of the water treatment plant. I imagine they probably pump out all the solids into the fucking river. WIll Ferrell probably ate my shit. hahaha

  • LOVE IT!! I am from D-Port, born and raised, although I have lived in KCMO now for 13 years, and it warms my heart to hear about my home town getting some (national?) shout outs! D-port will always be my HOME..IOWA GIRL FOREVER!! Just don't get in that water..lol..I wouldn't even eat fish out of THAT water! Hahaha

  • hahaha all the bums would bathe right in that spot off credit island.

  • From the comments on this video im getting the feeling he shouldn't have gone in that water.

    Im very perceptive you know.

  • crystal clear waters??? HA!

  • Oh God, why would he go into that water?

  • "crystal clear waters of the Mississippi River" - yeah right.

  • This is awesome.

  • man i thought he was gunna take a swig after he pulled it out of the water... woulda been more will ferrell-ish

  • Quad Cities dont sleep on us.......i love it here

  • hahaha he clowned on mississippi, "crystal clear waters" lol. remember, it aint hater shit if we all clown on the muddy mississippi too, hes one of us!

  • crystal clear water my ass...

  • @SirRamoc Muddiest water in the US. And proud of it.

  • @MrMaxxwellsHouse haha, fo sho

  • Im reppipng the D-Port, Ia. Quad cities stand up!

  • "the crystal clear waters of the Mississippi River in Davenport, Iowa" I don't know what waters you were seeing but I can tell you right now if they were crystal clear you weren't in Davenport. It's called the muddy Mississippi for a reason! :P

  • Shout*

  • Yeah! About out to all of those davenporters here! Davenport central(numba 1 woot woot!), north, and west! :)

  • Do you have the third one? I just saw one on TV where he is standing in front of the Davenport sign on Hwy 61.

  • @techNOliterate i also saw that. he was tryin to make an acronym out of davenport and gave up half way through lol

  • ive swam that river hundreds of times and never once got sick

  • he's gonna die cause of going in the water in like 3months

  • I swam in the Mississippi with some friends a few years ago just to say we did it.. We smelled like walking turds when we got out! So I can only imagine being on a shoot like this doing multiple takes underwater, that takes guts! Besides I love actors that will go for gross!!!!! Sooo Awesome :D

  • I got in the river. once. cut my foot. hello hepatitis b

  • Well, you know he's not from here. No one else would go in that water.

  • @sarahtillberg actually I have been in the water plenty...not really that scary haha

  • Will in the mississippi and obama eating a magic mountain.... This world is going to shit fast.... lol

  • Any celebrity, who's willing to swim in the Mississippi river, gets a thumbs up from me. He must of eaten paint chips, as a child. :-) And many thank ewes for filming the c'mercial here in the QC. Come back, any time!

  • I didn't know any celeb would get in the Mississippi, good looking Will , QCA did he find a key to our city while he was in there..... Yep! did we just become best friends..... Yep!

  • I live in the quad cities and have seen the places in the background quite often. It's so cool to see a commercial shot with Ferrell in the QC.

  • @MrJakepetre right ha when this commercial came on on comedy central i was like that looks familiar then i was like no way

  • Lmfao better tan the first part great go quad cities

  • Who wants to bet he gets dysentery? There's nothing crystal clear about the Mississippi...

  • you know iowa sucks when they get their beer from wi! i mean cant you make your own? or do you not know how?

  • @fishkid007 We do make our own beer... Bent River Brewing Company is one of the local breweries. They just aren't a big corporation, so they don't have nationwide commercials. -cue NBC chimes-

  • @fishkid007 There's a few breweries in the QC, including my favorite, Bent River in Moline. Davenport has Great River and Front Street while Rock Island has Blue Cat Brewpub.

  • @fishkid007 Google Quad Cities breweries, and then stop being a retard. Research first, before you look like a jackass.

  • @TheSwilli25 qca beer taste like asshole on a good day

  • @travis999 Have you ever had any of the beers that are from the QC? No Old Milwaukee, Natty Light, Keystone, Busch Light... etc are not from the Quad Cities. We actually have a decent sized micro-brewing community hear. So once again, take your foot out of you mouth and try some beer. Then stop being a moron. Because if you like the sh*t I just listed then you have no taste in good beer, and your opinion is irrelevant.

  • @TheSwilli25 Agreed. Bent River Brewery in Moline has some impressive beers.

  • @qernst8 Yeah, theres actually a few throughout the quad cities. Not to mention I believe there are a couple brewing clubs here as well. My good friend is part of one of them, and has made some pretty tasty brews.

  • @fishkid007 Are you simple boy?

  • @fishkid007 You're a retard dumbass you are mad you don't got will ferrel fagatron 8000 turn your power off aka commit suicide

  • @fishkid007

Actually, Old Milwaukee beer is no longer brewed in Milwaukee. I think it is brewed in Illinois. The reason Milwaukee brewed so many beers, including Blatz, Schlitz, Pabst, and Miller, was because Milwaukee had a huge German population that moved to the US in the 1850's. Big American brewers were German immigrants that brought their brewing craft to America. Combined with good farming land and a huge supply of fresh water (lake Michigan) made Milwaukee brewing ideal.

  • Yeah, I saw the fishing one during the iowa state oklahoma state game

  • Crystal clear waters of the Mississippi....that's funny.

  • @wagonert check out the splashes he makes coming up and going down in the water. Doesnt look crystal clear to me.

  • They weren't real commercials I heard. Will came to Davenport and people were asking him to film some funny videos here, so he did.

  • @BigNoseBlues Actually they are real. I just saw this one for the first time on TV last night, on ESPN.

  • @BigNoseBlues their real alright. Watched this one yesterday during a commercial break on ESPN. And I live in Muscatine

  • He actually went in that water?! Man. He's got some balls. Hope he didn't get sick XD

  • He got poisoned 5 seconds later.......Only in the

    Mississippi

  • I love his shout outs to Dport. Are these commercials played in places other than Dport?

  • Lived here my whole life and I won't get in that river. lol poor Will
