If he didn't retire he would be fighter of the decade without fighting pacman because pacman have not become p4p without floyd retiring. So the only shot floyd had of becoming fighter of the decade was to fight pacman right after the comeback , and he didn't , got stumble in drog tests and other things. pacquiao have 58 fights and Mayweather are only 41 fights. the difference of 17 fights that Mayweather to take are not sure that he can win it. if he does thats the time he can claim he's better than pacquiao. thats only my opinion.
