  • @leigh877 Why that's exactly who it is :)

  • This is just like a Mentos commercial!

  • I love the dance of joy

  • I actually bought the Dvd. Somehow the other season are not out or won't be out. I wish they could put the Wonder Years on dvd.

    wow

shame this is the america that cause so many Muslims to worship it and now its dying

    hope the Muslims wakeup

  • @zeb120 What does this have to do about the Muslims??? Are you talking about the terrorist? Cause ordinary Muslim people are completely normal and the terrorist don't care what you think as they'd prefer you dead.

  • Nostalgia critic?

  • @YeeeeesItsRyan Totally. I don't know anything about this show it as I was probably an infant but nostalgia critic's reference made me curious.

  • @shadowhexogram Nostalgia critic made a review of "The langoliers" in which Bronson Pinchot starred who, yep! You guessed it, who was also known for his role in this. Basically he played this music at certain times throughout the video for comedic effect, I guess you could say.;

  • this is a really good tv theme

  • I always turned changed the channel when this came on but I did watch Family Matters and Full house on the TGIF line up lol. I did however like the intro to this show

  • This was a show about a famous dolphin right?

  • 118 dislikes? probably because 118 people didn't have cable tv back in the 80's-90's...

  • I LOVE this show when I was a kid. I really miss those beautiful times when family can sit and watch tv together, eat together, going out and have a good time together. Now I see kids going out without parents and do things that could get them in trouble..... or killed. And what's worse.... their parents let them go and don't give a damn until it's too late.

  • GOTTA LOVE THIS INTRO BABY

GO WRIGLEY FIELD CHICAGO FOR LIFE

  • It seems like morality has gone down the drain on TV these days. What happened to this kind of quality scripted drama.

  • LMAO

  • TGIF was the best!!! Wholesome quality tv I could actually sit down & watch WITH my parents! Nothing beat sitting around with the family watching TGIF, Dominos Pizza & coca-cola on a friday night! Where are the family shows like this these days!?! I can't wait for our son/daughter to get here in 7 months so we can make memories like this with them!! Yep you're damn right I'm a dork & a damn happy one too!!

  • Best show Miller-Boyett ever did--hands down.

  • Thumbs up if you ever watched this as a part of T.G.I.F along with Family Matters, Full House, and Step by Step!

  • @decolady2 i did and ill never forget watching with the family every friday

  • @decolady2 i had such a crush for christine lakin "al" on step by step, i dont remember much of larry and balkey though.

  • @decolady2 You're speaking to my heart with that comment! I'm 30 yrs old now. Getting our snacks ready for T.G.I.F. was a ritual between and my 33 yr old sister those days lol. *feeling emotional*

  • @decolady2 Dinosaurs, IMO, made TGIF epic.

  • "It's my Life, my Dreams, NOTHING"S gonna stop me now!!" Where are the values on TV these days???

  • This is the corniest crap ever, but sadly, I watched this shiite.

  • Although most of the people didnt understand the language but the whole series were repeated atleast 6 times in Pak.

  • This is never on in the UK. I came addicted to this show on Holiday in Spain.

  • What ever happened to good tv ?

  • @ALEJ4ND2O If you search high and low, you'll find some believe me. It's scarce but it's there

  • @ALEJ4ND2O i TOTALLY agree! they need to bring back (AND KEEP) all these old school classics!

  • ... And then the adventures. Oh, the adventures! Struggling through the WIND in the WINDY CITY. Who would've thought? Going to a Cubs game. Look at the foreigner, he's so excited! Getting stuck in a revolving door - HOW WACKY! And finally a night on the town ... but the foreigner is wearing SHORTS with his suit! HOW ZANY IS THAT?!?!?

I love it all. After 70 seconds, you know you're in for some MOTHERFUCKING COMEDY! They don't make 'em like this any more.

  • What is Perfect Strangers called in Soviet Russia? IMPERFECT RELATIVES!!!

  • Wow

  • I can't believe that we are sharing the same memories and emotions about 80's... Greetings from Turkey?

  • Am i the only one here because of the intro to on of the simpsons treehouse of horrors ep lol

  • Straight No Chaser brought me here, and I`m glad they did :)

  • I came here because of Touhou.

  • I was a kid but I found the comedy to be for an older audience yet I understood it, great show.

  • @vstreamer same here! Haha Great show. This does bring back childhood memories... Wow, I forgot about this show

  • This song is awesome! ...I dont have anything creative to say, so.....

    scaring the little GIRL?!!?

  • Had to listen to this again because of the Adam Corolla podcast with Clay Aiken. Great interview. Fun song

  • I loved this show...it's still so hard to believe that Family Matters was a spin off of this show

  • Still like the tune like when i was kid.

    Memories :).

  • Why do I remember the first episode about him being from Mepos, I was like 8 years old! About to watch the series again very soon, IT'S IN THE MAIL!

  • ESTADOS UNIDOS ES EL PAIS MAS POBRE QUE HE CONOCIDO EN MI VIDA!!!

  • MY BOYFRIEND WONT STOP TORTURING ME WITH THIS SOMEONE PLEASE CALL FOPR HELP

  • @mMajorTomm Get him back with some "Laverne and Shirley!"

  • @mMajorTomm You made me laugh out loud.

  • 116 ppl need to stop living

  • These great 80's sit-coms aired during a long recession/recovery, just like now, when A LOT of Americans had to move & start over. It was not a happy time for my parents. Optimism was literally a national priority. The 1980 Refugee Act opened the floodgates wide open to immigration. 747's were jam-packed with refugees escaping Communism and religious prosecution, a tidal wave of new Americans. This show gave that trend a positive twist by laughing at stereotypes. Today everything is 'PC'.

  • bar taco moose lol

  • That harmonica at the very end is what i always remember most.

  • The 80's fucking rocks! The music to the shows were outrageous.

  • i love a good ol' fashioned haeminica!!!! er...harminica....how the fuck do you spell that shit?

  • You can tell our culture is dying. When I watch theme songs like this I get goosebumps. I get it could be going back in a time when I grew up and hearing a familar song. But the real reason is because there are inspiring themes, family values, an age when tv shows were made about living to the better angels of our nature, like Lincoln said. All of these things are dead now. There are no more portrayals of proper values, things to strive for, families we would like to emulate.

  • @552mustang Wow man, that was really deep, and really true. I agree with you.

  • @552mustang Or they perpetuated unattainable ideals that paint an unrealistic picture. I think there are a number of shows out currently that don't do what shows then did but may be doing something equally as fruitful, which is allowing viewers to feel OK with "not so black & white", that there isn't always a clear resolution. Problems don't show up in neat little packages to unwrap and then solve. Things have always been complicated and shows now do a better job of representing that.

  • @bchavez12 funny thing is that just because shows now present things in a more realistic view doesn't make those shows better than shows from before. Remember something; people don't want to see their lives on screen. That would make for a grim and dull show. They want escapism and imagination. That's why Perfect Strangers is awesome. It's not real but it makes you wish that it was. Unrealistic characters like Balki fills your heart with warmth and preps you on how to be a better person

  • @bchavez12 Think of it like this. Back then kids could watch an NBC show with their parents. Cosby, Fresh Prince, A Different World, Blossom. Can you name ONE NBC sitcom that can be watched by kids today? Shows have changed and I got to say it's not for the better. There's a glimmer of hope but I'll wait and see what happens

  • @552mustang Yeah really. I agree with everything you say. There's no more theme songs on TV shows anymore because the creators are too lazy to come up with the lyrics and they have to make more room for moronic commercials. And TV has been taken over by lame reality shows, countless cop shows, and there's no such thing as a heartwarming family show anymore and if there is a show with a family, it focuses more on the horny adults rather than the proper values of a family.

  • @552mustang I like what you said their. The tv show today suck they are nothing butt crap.

  • @552mustang Your grandparents felt the same way about your generation.

  • @552mustang Actually it's just nostalgia. But go ahead, keep overthinking everything.

  • @ignite339 For me it goes beyond nostalgia. We've always had crappy TV shows and crappy music, the difference is that it seems to be the norm nowadays.

  • @552mustang

    thank ZIONISM !

  • @552mustang Aww now now. Lets not get all maudlin here. There's a reason why they don't make sitcoms like this anymore. It got boring and it became really cheasy to see such wholesomeness all the time. We got burnt out and when shows started playing up to crude and stupid rather than idealic wholesomeness well. You know how that went. Now take some anti depressants and get back in the toll booth.

  • @552mustang you realize that there are people out there that thought the debut of this show meant that culture was dying thirty years ago. i wish people would quit idealizing the past.

  • Used to love watching this show. Sitcoms now don't have cool theme songs.

  • Scaring the little girl!? LADY, I HAVE A MEETING IN BOSTON IN 3 HOURS!!!

  • @BigDOG6300 MY WIDE ANGLE LENS IS ABOUT TO BURST!

  • I didn't know the actress who played Benny Lopez was on this show!

  • omg! I used to watch this when I was a kid... seriously I started crying when I saw this video now... :P

  • where's balqee?

  • It`s about two gays or friends?

  • @Tyler1990ify Two cousins you homophobic nitwit!

  • @Jumpybeaver How do I know? It never aired in Russia.

  • now we so happy we do the dance of joy!

  • I love this show!

  • there's something i've always wanted to know about this show called perfect strangers: How the flip did they ever meet?

  • Is it me, or are Chicago sitcoms better than NYC ones?

  • @eskyguard Kenan and Kel, Family Matters, Perfect Strangers and now Happy Endings. I'd say so

  • @osaji922 How the hell did you go from Perfect strangers to Kenan and Kel? That's like saying I went from a sports car to a dump truck! WHY?!?!?!

  • @steveparok00 Well, the dude I was responding too said that "it seems as though the better shows take place in Chicago." Kenan and Kel took place in chicago as well just like the other shows. I don't see why I can't include it as a chicago show

  • @osaji922 Kenan and Kel sucks Dickola... please, do us all a favor and never say that terrlble show with any 80s 90s classic ever again!

  • @steveparok00 to each their own I guess. I just happen to think that Nick's earlier shows were liked by many people than the shows they have now. Kenan and Kel is no exception to me especially the first two seasons but if that's the way you feel then I can't stop you

  • @osaji922 Yeah but Kenan and Kel is pretty gay so you can't stop that.

  • @steveparok00 wow, really? even though I said to each their own? okay

  • I THINK PERFECT STRGER WAS SET IN CHAIGO LIKE FAMILY MATTERS WAS THANKS

  • I used to love Perfect Strangers! Now we so happy, we do the dance of joy!!

  • Who came here because of the Nostalgia Critic's review of "The Langoliers"?

  • @jsteffey88 lmao, yeah!!!!

  • @jsteffey88 Nope for me it was the simpsons treehouse of horrors lol

  • @jsteffey88 Scaring the little girl!

  • @jsteffey88 I came here because of Sf Debris's review of Star Trek Enterprise.

  • Did people still emigrate to America by boat in the 80s?

  • god i miss these shows its sad to think television will continue to go down hill

  • @steveparok00 I'm totes going gay w/you!! Best theme song everrr

  • @queteena330 Oh I meant I'm so bucking gay for this song I need to be reindeer rammed. That's what you meant too right? WEEEEE!!!

  • I'm so gay for this song!! WHoS WITH ME!??!?! IM SO BUCKING GAY!!!

  • So where does Perfect Strangers take place at again?

  • @PresidentRhapsody Chicago! :D

  • aaaaah the memories.....

  • this show fucken sucked lol

  • I loved this show. look at the clothes and the car. better times then

  • TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Perfect Strangers = Gangsta

  • Mark Lynn Baker is my uncle

  • Im so bucking gay for PERFECT STRANGERS!! Who else is BUCKING GAY!! WOOOO!!!!

  • were these guys gay lovers in this show?

  • @blklightning330 No, they were distant cousins. So they knew each other, but they were from different countries. You might say they were a pair of.. Perfect Strangers?

  • @blklightning330 No i don't remember anything about them being 'gay'.

This is axactly why shows like Perfect strangers are 'not done' anymore these days. Peoples minds are just filled with crap so much they can't differentiate innocence from shit. Sad really..

  • @SpiritualParadise I completely agree with you.....not good

  • @SpiritualParadise Preach brother preach. I just don't understand people these days. They've killed funny shows like Perfect Strangers thinking like that. Nowadays if this were a show they would be made gay by the show's creator. Seinfeld: Not that anything is wrong with that

  • Don't be RIDIKULOUS!

  • Comment removed

  • joueur du grenier :D

  • i sure miss the days of the theme song!

  • Simpson treehouse horror anyone

  • @RamonSherwood What?

  • when i was in school, every friday night they had the BEST sitcoms on ABC!! My sister and I would go to the store and get a candy bar and soda and watch Full House, Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, Step By Step. Those were the days

  • @Compass427 I remember TGIF on Friday Nights those were the days.

  • @Compass427 Just talked with my wife about this the other day. Look at the filth that passes for family entertainment now. If we want to watch something with our kids it's certainly NOT on primetime on the major networks. One would think that the execs would realize there's a market for television the whole family could watch together.

  • @artiegohome You're 100% right. I understand that some television shows are for adults, but put them all on at later times you know?

  • @artiegohome try Last Man Standing on ABC

  • 0:34

  • Comment removed

  • Nope.

  • No, dear god no.

  • Dang! Looking at all of these 80's/90's theme's from back in the day, I TOTALLY mis those days right now. I just looked at about 3 other theme songs from that time... "Amen", "Who's the Boss?", and "The Facts of Life"....now this one.. I miss the good ol' days.

  • My brother LOOOOVED this show. I liked it too, but he absolutely loved it..lol

  • I'm sorry admin but I seriously doubt any1 from Funnyjunk can sing as you see, we are all tonedeaf

  • How am i ment to sing this shit? WHO DOES ADMIN THINK HE IS?

  • NO.

  • oh funnyjunk u so funny

  • Is this a real show?

  • @Zarrowsen of course it's a real show

  • Scaring the little GRIL?!?!?!?

  • Thumbs up if you agree that the name change of the Sears Tower is unconstitutional just because it has a new manager? Just because it has a different manager doesn't mean it should change it's well known name. It's a national monument. Isn't it illegal to change the name of a national monument? Wouldn't it be like calling the White House to the Bush House.

  • Me either. I'd rather substitute the other Perfect Strangers. Deep Purple ftw.

  • i dont wanna sing this...

  • You know what I just noticed a couple minutes ago? When Balki and Larry go through the rotating doors, everyone thinks that Larry followed Balki in circles. But here's what really happens. When Balki goes through the rotating doors at 0:47, follow Larry. Two seconds later, he leaves when Balki is halfway around. Then at 0:52, coming back into the rotating door is Larry. So Larry was really looking for Balki.

  • fuckin admin is an asshole

  • FunnyJunk. Admin wants us to sing this? For green text?

  • ADMIN SUCKS DONKEY COCK

  • 0:14 "Sometimes you just, get a feel"
