sounds like venus may have allergys. have u had that checked. also i dont recommend human shampoo use doggie shampoo human shampoo makes their skin more likely to to be dry and itchy.

Please don't ever wash your dog with human shampoo or human conditioner - this stuff is not made for dogs and is bad for their skin - there are plenty of good doggie products around - please use them instead

If you are not familiar with border collies, think twice about getting one! They are super smart but many, many end up in rescue because their owners don't have near enough time to give them the level of exercise and work that they need.
