@theiceman74 I have never taken hallucinogens and Alan Watts's speeches are still mind opening and make perfect sense, for the most part. I believe that, like zen masters, he contradicts himself on purpose occasionally to force you to come to your own conclusion.

@lebarosky alan watts was doing these talks in the 60's and 70's.. He was a Western minister who went to the east and whole heartedly tried to experience what the main eastern religions were talking about what they experience, then he came back to the west with the new found awareness
