Disney has a bad habit of taking their movies on and off store racks. They re-release a movie for a short time than 'put it back into the vault' as they like to call it. Your best bet would be to look at an online store such as Amazon or Ebay.
I will never forget how much I loved this part of the movie. When I was younger I watched it so many times it was really ridiculous. In all honesty, this little piece of the movie is what made me want to sing.
When Ariel sings, I sing and began to start crying...I as well sang this beautiful piece at a beach one time...and what was funny, is that it felt like the waves were calling me. ...What? Nothings wrong with that. :]
